Hello there! I am starting another Legacy Challenge! I know! I haven’t finished one yet but I got super excited when I installed my Sims 2 discs again so I had to do it! Here we go!

You know who we are. The famous Pleasant family from Pleasantview! Only things are not as pleasant as they sound. My twin sister and I put up with a lot from our parents yet we don’t even have each other to lean on because we can’t stand to be in the same room as each other.

Between the two of us fighting and my parent just simply not connecting we are pretty dysfunctional.

Here is a closer picture of me and my sister. I am the one being slapped. I know! Usually Lilith gets all the attention in the Legacies and challenges because she is the rebellious teen but this story is about me! The hard working one!

My name is Angela Pleasant and I have a story to tell too you know!

I am the daughter that is easy to get along with. I follow the rules and work hard in school. I never talk back and I go to bed on time every night. They just don’t realize that I work so hard so that one day I can get far away from this place!

My mom works hard too. She is always super focused on her career and earning her next promotion.

We know she loves us but she doesn’t show it too often. Especially to dad and it is obvious that it bothers him.

Lilith and I both know what he does with the maid when we have all gone to work and school. I came home sick one day from school and saw them through the window and decided that I wasn’t that sick after all and went right back to school.

It all came out in the open to everyone the day that mom lost her job because of something called a wild card? I’m not really sure what that means.

She caught them.

(Sorry for the sudden photo size change….it was at the point that I played around with the settings and changed the size lol)

She knew exactly what had just happened. There was no making up excuses this time! They had been caught!

It was not a positive scene to come home from school to that day.

I ran in the house to see them because I had gotten a really good report card from school that day and I know it is one thing that will always make them both smile!

That day, they didn’t even notice….

They just kept fighting for the rest of the night. It seems that neither one of them was willing to move out so that would mean we would get to live in the tension until we eventually moved out.

I tried to drown them out with my video games. I decided that if my good grades couldn’t even make them happy now why should I still bother trying? Who really cares if I slacked off and played video games instead of doing my homework?

But then I realized something. Homework and good grades were my ticket out of this place! If I continued to do well in school I could go away to university and never look back!

I would miss my boyfriend. High school relationships don’t usually last forever. I thought we could be forever but I have to leave this town and I could never ask him to leave his family behind.

So now here I am! I did great in high school and had universities begging for me! Took many months of hiding in my room from all the tension and studying but I made it! I am out!

Time for me to experience University life and Dorm living!

Welcome back to the Comedy Legacy! I thought that being in isolation would give me time for more updates but as it turns out being in isolation with your husband and 2 kids does not give you much free time! Anyways! Here is an update finally! Hopefully you haven’t forgotten about this family with how long it has been!

Here we have Rachel and Joey hanging out.

Johnny is taking care of our garden.

And Siya is using her fancy moves to make the family some food!

Rachel has been skilling a ton on her violin! I never even tell her to do it! I guess it is all part of being a music lover.

Johnny and Siya enjoy playing chess together. It helps him get skills for work and it helps both of their fun and social levels so I approve!

Johnny needs to read to his kids more for his aspiration. He never seems to have the time so we squeeze it in whenever we can! Hopefully he can get all his hours in before they are all teens!

Joey is stinky and the other two keep complaining about it. This is one of the few times that they are all at the table together and Joey had to ruin it by not showering!

This doll doctor set is way too cute!

The nanny keeps coming over to visit. That’s how we got Siya. Nanny’s seem to be clingy even after only being hired once….

Getting in some more reading time with Johnny!

Siya isn’t working so she works on her painting skill at home to make us money and to get her skill high enough to be able to do portraits!

Brittni came to visit and raid our fridge! Hi!

We are trying to get Monica’s skills up because she will be a child soon and her skills are going pretty slow. I think we all just got lazy after the twins grew up. We needed a break. Poor Monica!

These two miss it because they are having some sort of meeting outside. Johnny came home with a promotion which is nice because we needed money for a new bed for Monica lol!

Here she is after her makeover! She is adorable! I am debating whether or not to have the heir poll be just against Monica and Rachel. Nothing against the boys but I am debating alternating heir genders each generation. So since our founder is male I am thinking of doing the heir a female and then the next heir male and so on. I think it might keep my interest a bit longer that way. Let me know what you think about that.

With all the kids being school age now Siya has more time to work on her aspiration of being the chief of mischief! I was going to send her to the park today to find victims but the nanny showed up so he is our lucky winner!

He is actually a pretty good sport about it and he laughs every time.

THERE IS A BOOK STUCK IN THE WALL! LOL! I have no idea how it got there and I kinda want to just leave it there and see how long it stays! lol!

So Siya dared that nanny to streak…..my bad….I didn’t notice it was just as the kids were getting home…..sorry kiddos! Scarred for life now I guess…..ooops!

I didn’t even know kids could do laundry! Monica just did this on her own! She must take after the Monica she was named after! lol

Two perfectly good couches but they stand up to play video games….maybe if we had a less tiny tv they would actually be able to see from the couch…lol

We send Siya to the park to work on her mischief skill some more. This is her victim!

I don’t even remember which interactions I chose lol She is just so entertaining to watch lol.

Blow out them candles and then we officially have a teen in the house!

Oh my! A teen that needs a makeover! lol

She is gorgeous! And she reminds me so much of her mom Brittni! I love her! I don’t know who my favourite is anymore! She rolled bookworm just like her mom! Her aspiration is to be a musical genius which makes sense considering she is currently at level 9 on her violin! I am pretty sure this heir poll will be just against Rachel and Monica. Next generation we will have a boy heir. Let me know what you guys think about that idea. We wouldn’t be doing an heir poll until Rachel hits young adult anyways so there is time! Let me know! Rooms bigger than 6 squares on the second floor is: 6 again so 6 points

Pieces of furniture on the second floor other than basics is: 2 by my count so 2 points.

Total cash in the bank is $2,740 and the furnished value of the house is $31,187 so that is 33 points.

Jenny only earned 1 cooking point and 1 handiness point lol so 2 points there.

So that makes my grand total: 107

Not great but it was fun. I may try this again some day in a different town and see if I get better results. I will be playing Jenny until she dies so I will post an update so you can see how she lives out her life in her dream home! Thanks for reading!

Welcome back to my Dumpster Diver Challenge! I know I said last time that I would have this Chapter up within a couple days and I am way late! It turns out that being in isolation with your husband and 2 kids doesn’t give you as much free time as you may think! I forgot how much of my sim time was done after my boys left for school in the morning and before I started work at 11am. I don’t have that time to myself anymore! lol. Have you tried playing sims with a 4 year old in the house? He loves to watch me play but he also dictates everything that he thinks my sims should be doing and he climbs all over me so I cannot see the screen! After he goes to bed I either play games or watch shows with my 14 year old until he goes to bed. Once he goes to bed I am pooped so I go to bed! lol.

Well enough of my boring life story! On with the Trashy Life of Jenny Debris!

We of course start out our day by finding some new dumpsters to dive into!

And we spend the day going between both dumpsters until we must go home for the day.

We let Jenny’s needs go a bit too low so we spent most of the day playing needs catch up so could only do dumpster diving later in the afternoon today.

I guess since this dumpster is behind a club she felt the need to change into her party dress for this dive? Hope she doesn’t ruin it before she has a chance at a real social life!

Oh wait! That wasn’t Jenny! Someone was hogging her dumpster when she got here today! Didn’t realize she wasn’t the only one Living the Trashy Life here!

She finally got her turn and this nice guy played some tunes for her while she worked hard at dumpster diving!

We are definitely not lacking in places to sit! lol

We have had to buy a few things so she can have a functioning kitchen. She hasn’t found much when it comes to basic needs items.

Yes we are ignoring calls from a vampire so she can continue her work! He is the only sim she actually knows right now lol. What is he doing up during day time hours anyways?

Today is actually Jenny’s birthday so it is time for a house tour!

It isn’t pretty but here is the main floor.

And the second floor. I think if I try this challenge again I would have a house plan ahead of time instead of just making it up as I go like I did this time! lol

I decided to install my Sims 3 again and try out the Dumpster Diver Challenge! I know! I am really trying out another challenge? Difference is this time I have actually completed this challenge! I just have it broken up into 2 parts lol. This one was fun and quick and I may try it again sometime in a different neighborhood to see if I get different results! I would also plan out the layout of my house ahead of time instead of winging it like I did this time lol. Anywhoo, let’s get started!

Meet Jenny Debris! Our challenge founder? I am not sure what right term here is. This isn’t a legacy. I am considering playing out her whole life though so you guys have an update on how she lives her life in her dream home when this challenge is finished!

We start out with visiting the dump because that makes the most logical sense. Unfortunately for some reason she cannot dumpster dive in the dumpsters at the dump? I don’t know if this is a glitch or something but we go searching for a dumpster somewhere else.

We found our first dumpster behind the grocery store.

Apparently digging through dumpsters makes you a rebel! lol

She rolled a want to meet a vampire so we decided to do a little socializing before calling it a night.

And she met a vampire! I can’t remember his name but she met him! lol.

We sneak into the fire hall for a quick meal!

Dig through trash one more time!

And then go home to see what we got today!

And we nap in our new lounge chair since we didn’t find a bed. It doesn’t give us much energy unfortunately.

So we go back to the firehouse to sleep in a bed there!

On to another day of dumpster diving!

Ah yes! The nanny is here because the parents were too exhausted to take care of 3 toddlers anymore.

Siya got a lot of sleep but as you can see she still has a strange illness! We just can’t seem to get her well!

At least both parents are awake now and can maybe take care of the stinky toddler!

Johnny is sad because I forgot about his adult birthday….whoops! At least now he is in the same life stage as his wife!

Toddlers are being cute! Probably scheming something but they look cute while doing it!

Our friend Melina came to visit….she didn’t stay long…..

She said something about having somewhere else to be……

Oh look! Her ride is here!

The kids were hoping that she would stay a little longer. I mean she was only here for maybe 10 mins?

Siya begged the hooded man to let her stay a little longer!

He said no. Maybe she had a curfew? I am not sure.

The family was pretty broken up about it.

Kind of a weird place to put it though… it doesn’t really go with the decor….

So we put it out back. It seems to go better in this decor. Must be the different lighting!

This reminded Siya of when Brittni who she never met died so she had to mourn her….weird.

Life is tough when there are 3 toddlers in the house and everyone is sad all the time!

And we have this Ross kid who seems to think that everyone needs to wake up just because he is awake….Isn’t he supposed to be independent?

No idea why I tortured myself like that when they were toddlers! They both have the Whiz Kid aspiration totally by chance! Ross is Erratic and Joey is a geek. Oh and since UI is still on you can see that Brittni’s spirit is fading….I guess woohooing her didn’t give her enough of a connection to the real world?

So we sent Johnny to talk to her tombstone. That makes more sense!

And she came to visit later that night so maybe it worked!

She seems to like Rachel’s desk.

The boys actually decided to both do their homework at their desks that I provided for them! This may be the only time this happens!

With 3 kids in school Siya only has to worry about little cutie Monica!

Rachel decided on her own to do extra credit work on a Saturday! That started a kid meeting in the boys room it seems!

We sent Siya to the park to do some aspiration work!

I love the faces she makes when she insults people lol She still needs one more person to dislike her.

Welcome back to my Baby Boom Challenge! We are currently working with a full house right now! Current kid count is 3 girls and 3 boys! If we can keep it this even through the whole thing then this challenge will go pretty smoothly! lol

If you remember from last chapter, we just welcomed boy #3 Beau! He currently has a stinky diaper so maybe I should make someone take care of that!

This is the first time I have seen a child be happy about a new sibling! Brianna got a positive moodlet for meeting her new sibling! Maybe it’s her Erratic trait? lol

I love how these two skill together on their own free will!

We now have a master bedroom! It is just a big room with a bed right now but at least no one has to leave the house when they woohoo anymore lol

Our little Genius child is working hard at his homework!

This table is always encouraging the kids to play together! I love it!

We are keeping the baby on the main floor still so we can keep a good eye on him still. I will eventually build a toddler/baby room off the living room.

Donovan came home with a promotion! One more promotion and we can switch his job so he can reach level 3 in a 3rd job for his aspiration.

He also has to reach level 5 in a bunch of skills (I can’t remember how many) So painting is one of the ones we are working on since he was already at level 4.

Bradley decided to be a little artistic too!

Amara gets to work more on her fishing since Donovan has a day off from work.

Here is Beau! Also I have changed my mind about not doing toddler makeovers because they keep aging up with the same hairstyle and it’s getting difficult to tell them all apart! lol

We have a toddler room/nursery off the living room now!

I can never get them all to eat at the same time. By the time one gets there someone else is finishing and what not. No family meals in this house! lol

Belle is aging up soon and was still at level 1 on Potty…..seems we have been slacking! lol

Beau kinda reminds me of Chucky from Child’s Play when he looks at me like this….by the way he got the Wild trait….I may have to change him out of overalls to lower the Chucky look…..lol

Birthday time for Belle! I can’t remember all her skills but they were crappy…..she only maxed Communication because she would always talk to everyone! She did not get the Happy Toddler trait…..whoops!

It is also Belinda’s birthday! Our first teen! Also you get a little glimpse of Belle as a child pre-makeover in the back!

Having a teen in the house is very handy! She is quite good at randomly taking care of her little brothers all on her own!

I am not a fan of all the messes….Why did they add this feature?

We have a streaker!!!!! Wild toddlers are entertaining! lol

We have so many toys and skill things! Play with those instead! Ugh!

I think Belle is secretly a neat Sim. She is always cleaning something!

More artwork! I am still keeping them all for the kid’s bedroom walls! Girl’s pictures in the Girl’s room and Boy’s pictures in the Boy’s room! I may run out of wall space soon! lol

Ah….yeah…..well nobody liked the salad and the little ones got a yucky food moodlet so…….I got your mom to make grilled cheese as a back up…….

Belinda: Well that’s great for my self-esteem! Thanks!

Welcome back to the Comedy Legacy! It has been a bit longer than I planned on since the last update but I went and installed the Sims 3 on my computer because I missed doing world adventures lol. Maybe I will start another challenge with the Sims 3 at some point. I want to get a little further with this challenge and my Baby Boom challenge first. So enough chit chat! Let’s get to the update!

If you don’t remember from the end of last chapter, we just added a new baby girl Monica! As you can see, Ross and Joey are not too impressed by the new arrival!

The boys both take a nap because terrorizing the family is exhausting!

Johnny got to level 3 in gardening just by scavenging around the house so we decided to buy some seeds and plant our own garden! Should help a bit with bringing in money and of course food!

Siya is constantly late for work so we decided to let her quit her job for now because the kids are exhausting! I need to get to work on her aspirations anyways! She has about 20 days left until she becomes an elder!

I may have started with too big of a garden for my sims to handle….guess we will find out lol

Rachel is playing with our new doctor set at 4am because I am great at having my sims on a healthy routine!

Once her fun is up I get her to do her homework because she is still a C student. The boys keep the whole house in chaos so getting her to school in a good mood is challenging!

This table thing is pretty cute!

Rachel just discovered that she isn’t happy about her new sister….we needed another reason to be in a bad mood of course!

Mostly with money from scavenging and a bit from Johnny’s working we have been able to add on a bit to the house! We now have a front and back porch and monkey bars and a toddler slide!

Messes are getting tiresome…..

This toddler slide is pretty cute! I’m hoping it will help with the boys movement skill. None of their skills are going up too fast because the adults are always too exhausted to help them….

This table literally brings everyone together! As soon as one sim goes to it another sim joins them!

Johnny gets asked out by Brittni’s ghost again so I let him go because I want to see how it works! lol

I really miss her! They were so cute together!

They are going into the observatory thingy together….I wonder what they are up to?

Oh! Maybe we should give them some privacy!

Back at home to the regular parenting stuff after his secret date with his late wife!

Time for boring baby Monica to become a troublesome toddler! Yay!

I bought Rachel a school project to try and help her get extra credit to bring up her grade. She is still at a C…..

Now time to do some work on her aspiration! She currently needs to do 10 mischievous things and have 2 sims dislike her. I have never tried to make other sims dislike my sims before so this is new to me lol

She practices mixing drinks while we wait for people to show up here.

She got invited to an opera while we were out so I thought that would be fun so I let her go! Turns out she goes alone so it was kinda unproductive lol so we send her back out to find someone to torment!

Apparently kicking a trash can doesn’t count as mischief….

So we let her nap on the couch to try and make her better but it doesn’t last too long.

We hired our first nanny because Siya is sick and Johnny was about to pass out on the floor. I will end this chapter here! Next time the twins should age up since they only have 2 days left as toddlers! Hopefully the house will be less chaotic then! Their skills are not doing great so I have a lot of work to do in those couple of days! lol Wish me luck!

Welcome back to my Baby Boom Challenge! This house is getting to be pretty crazy! With all these toddlers it is hard to keep everyone’s mood in the green!

This other Amara lady likes to come over pretty much every day but we let her because she spends time with the kids and we have lots of them! lol

We need to build a master bedroom soon….We decided to try for a baby and I forgot that this would kick everyone out of the house….lol

Since Donovan’s Aspiration is Renaissance Sim and he wants to reach level 3 in 3 jobs we decided to make him leave his astronaut job and move to a science career! We will miss the level 5 pay checks but he needs to move on in his aspiration!

Johnny gets a call saying he is late for work….for some reason I couldn’t make him take a family leave day when Siya went into labour. He also can’t take one now so I guess he is going to work late and leaving Siya with the 3 kids!

These babies have been around for 4 hours and have both had 2 dirty diapers each….I have never had babies so needy!

Siya gets a chance to parent Rachel a bit.

We decide to send Siya in for her night shift mostly to give her a break from the babies at home lol she looks so happy about it!

Johnny is on parenting duty while she is gone.

Yep! I am probably crazy but I want them to have at least one more baby to try and keep Siya young a bit longer! I will probably regret this decision! lol

This lady is apparently a friend of Siya’s and asked to come over so we let her hoping that she might randomly help out around the house lol. Her name is Melina Blake.

She mostly just gets in the way when I try to get Siya to take care of the needy babies….

And she ignores Rachel when she tries to socialize with her…..

Rachel is aging up soon so let’s look at her skills so far! Since this was taken she leveled up to level 3 in Thinking.

With promotion and scavenging money we managed to build a girl’s bedroom! It is mostly big and empty but I wanted to have room in here in case Rachel needs to share it with a sister later on.

Neat sims are awesome! Cleaning all the messes that accumulated while he was gone brings up his fun!

We let Siya take a Family leave day tonight because she is constantly exhausted and the new baby will be here soon.

Johnny manages to get one of the toddlers into bed for a short time. Johnny and Siya pretty much always have either red or orange plumbobs since the twins were born.

We got our little music lover a violin! Hoping she can maybe max this skill at some point!

Trying to bring up her fun and job performance but of course one of the boys needs her…..notice the orange plumbob?

We hired a one time maid service to help us out a bit. We also ordered a pizza but it never showed up so Siya still had to cook.
